I want you to be happy with you order as much as you want to love it. That being said understand that handmade, wooden items vary. Your piece will look very close but not 100% identical to the listing picture. This is the charm of handmade items. Please contact me before leaving a review. I always work with customers to make sure they are happy with their order. I can not offer refunds for custom work unless there is something that I did not do that makes the item unusable or not what you ordered.
Payment is required at time of purchase. I allow 48 hours for cancellation with full refund of standard items and 24 hours to cancel custom orders. Any cancellations past that time will be subject to a 25% penalty. Everything is made to order and I purchase supplies based on those orders. So if you cancel your order 1 week after you purchase I will have already bought the supplies for your piece and will be stuck with overhead I don’t want. Please be thoughtful and considerate when purchasing or deciding to cancel an order.
When will my order ship?
The processing time for all our items is 4-6 weeks. This is the time it takes me to build your piece since it is usually one in a line of several items waiting to be built. I appreciate your patience during this time. If you have any questions or special needs regarding the shipment of your product, please contact me at email@example.com and I will be happy to accommodate your request if possible, or set up a rush shipment for you with a quicker production timeline.
How do you ship?
I ship via UPS to the address that you provide. If for some reason your shipping information changes after you place your order please let me know by emailing me at firstname.lastname@example.org
